The following are volunteer opportunities we invite our parents to consider.
Regular School Day Volunteers
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 3:15om
- Assist teachers in classroom by preparing materials
- Assist support staff during lunch hours by preparing food, supervising students and facilitating games during recess
- Create bulletin board displays showcasing student work, school activities and information
Academic After School Program
Mondary - Friday 3:15pm to 6:00pm
- Assist students in homework and center activities
- Aid the after school instructor in preparing snacks
- Supervise and/or facilitate enrichment activities such as art, reader’s theater, and P.E.
Wednesday Enrichment
Wednesdays 1:15pm to 3:15pm
- Assist the Homework Club, art projects, and reader’s theater
- Help prepare snacks and materials preparation
KaBOOM! Playground Project
May - July
- Join a committee as we prepare to build a playground for our students at St. Martha.
- Participate in several fundraising events.
- KaBOOM! Playground build day in July. All day volunteer opportunity. Families can build the playground, assist in child care, food preparation and distribution, and much more.
